Meet Our Coaches
Adam grew up in Madison, GA. Throughout his youth, he participated in football and baseball. He discovered his passion for training as an 8th grader when he began lifting weights for football. Once he realized he wanted to pursue a career in strength and conditioning, he attended the University of North Georgia to earn a Bachelor's in Kinesiology with an emphasis in health and fitness. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Kinesiology from North Georgia.
Adam began his coaching career in 2022 as an intern on the Nighthawks Sports Performance staff his final year of college. He worked with a variety of teams while at North Georgia including men's tennis, men's and women's basketball, softball, and baseball. It was during this time at North Georgia that his love for training grew even stronger, and he discovered a new passion for coaching others. After graduation, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
Sarah grew up in Watkinsville, Ga. She discovered her passion for athletic performance early, spending years dedicated to track and field. Her enthusiasm for training led her to the University of Georgia where she is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science.
In 2023, Sarah became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She began her coaching career through the University of Georgia, working closely with clients to build strength, improve performance, and develop sustainable training habits.
Ben is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA and first honors graduate of the University of Georgia, where he continues to remain involved as a head coach in the club sports program. He is a Georgia native and currently resides in his favorite place in the world—Athens, GA.
A lifelong exercise enthusiast, Ben played several sports growing up including 12 years as a tennis player. Beyond sports, Ben's favorite form of recreation is hiking and whitewater kayaking. Ben has a decade of training experience including five years in a high intensity functional training setting (CrossFit) and a coaching role at a private functional fitness facility in Monroe.
