Zach Clayton
Co-Founder
Zach grew up in Grayson, GA. He played a variety of sports throughout his youth, with baseball being his favorite. After discovering his passion for training, he moved to Athens to attend the University of Georgia and pursue a career in strength & conditioning. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Abby, and has two daughters, Maddie and Lily.
Zach combines his advanced education and over nine years of experience to deliver science-based, results-driven training. He received his Bachelor’s in Exercise & Sport Science and Master’s in Kinesiology from UGA and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Throughout his years, he has worked with adults of all ages and abilities, as well as athletes ranging from elementary school to collegiate & professional athletes. Zach is passionate about helping people find their passion and get the most out of life.

Tyler Moose
Co-Founder
Tyler grew up as a military kid, living in places like Jacksonville, NC, Japan, and Florida before settling in Georgia. That upbringing shaped his resilience and drive. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
A lifelong advocate of personal health and wellness, Tyler’s fitness journey began with a passion for endurance training, having completed numerous 5Ks, half marathons, and marathons.
Tyler is married to Erika and proud dad to four kids: Addison, Patrick, Elliott, and Margaret. His leadership style is rooted in servant leadership—he believes in empowering others to grow, both individually and as a team. Tyler's mission is to help clients recognize that their goals are within reach—with the right mindset, effort, and consistency.

Head Coach
Adam Brown
Adam grew up in Madison, GA. Throughout his youth, he participated in football and baseball. He discovered his passion for training as an 8th grader when he began lifting weights for football. Once he realized he wanted to pursue a career in strength and conditioning, he attended the University of North Georgia to earn a Bachelor's in Kinesiology with an emphasis in health and fitness. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Kinesiology from North Georgia.
Adam began his coaching career in 2022 as an intern on the Nighthawks Sports Performance staff his final year of college. He worked with a variety of teams while at North Georgia including men's tennis, men's and women's basketball, softball, and baseball. It was during this time at North Georgia that his love for training grew even stronger, and he discovered a new passion for coaching others. After graduation, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Over the last few years, Adam has worked with a wide variety of clients of all ages and backgrounds, each with an individualized training goal. He is passionate about helping both athletes and general population clients unlock their true potential, and reach their next level in life both mentally and physically.

Carly O’Sick
Coach
Originally from Texas, Carly spent seven years in Utah before she and her family moved to Jefferson, Georgia, nearly five years ago. She met her husband in Utah and they have 3 children, all in Jefferson Schools. Her husband, Bill, is a medical microbiologist at NGMC Gainesville. While living in Utah, Carly’s coaching career began at an elementary school where she began teaching young students not only sports skills but also valuable life lessons such as teamwork, perseverance, and emotional resilience.
Carly's own fitness journey started with running, which ignited her drive to push beyond her limits. She has run numerous 5Ks and a half marathon. While attending Texas Woman’s University she discovered weightlifting, which over time has become her favorite form of exercise, deepening her love for both physical strength and mental toughness.
Carly has coached athletes across a wide range of ages and abilities—from 5-year-old recreational soccer players to adults in water aerobics. Her coaching philosophy centers around helping individuals discover their unique strengths and watching them grow from novices to confident masters of their skills. She firmly believes that everyone has something they’re good at, and she’s dedicated to guiding clients to find where they shine.
Outside of coaching and family life, Carly enjoys building things and spending time at the beach. She and her family strive to help those who stand in need and make a positive impact wherever they go.

Jacy Dial
Coach
Jacy Grew up in Robeson County, North Carolina. Throughout his childhood he was always trying something new. This included football, baseball, cross country, and track and field. Jacy continued his training in Martial Arts for over 13 years and found his love for training hard through that experience. He began training martial arts at the age of 17 and would continue until graduating from UNC Pembroke where he obtained his Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science.
In his undergraduate time Jacy also interned with the Track and Field team. He later worked with a Stretch Rehab Facility where he would gain insight into rehabilitation and how best to support others in regaining their mobility and ability to live without assistance or pain.
Overall Jacy loves helping people, whether with strength and conditioning or rehab methods. Jacy looks forward to helping others achieve their goals!

Gaven Dawley
Facility Coordinator
Gaven grew up in Commerce, GA. He has been involved in sports from a young age. He started with football, basketball, baseball, swimming, and track. He fell in love with training when he began 8th grade football, where he lifted weights for the first time. He continued to play football and various other sports in high school. He then went on to obtain his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia, all the while continuing his training.
Throughout his journey, Gaven has involved himself with many health professionals to receive a holistic understanding of health that he applies to his own life. He began by shadowing a Chiropractor and a Physical Therapist his freshman year of high school. Since then, he has shadowed and worked under Athletic Trainers and various Physicians. Working under these professionals, he facilitated their administrative work, which he now applies this in our facility today.
