Every athlete progresses differently. Our three-tier system meets them where they are and builds toward where they want to go — athletes can test up based on ability, not just age.
Foundation
Elementary School • Approx. Ages 7–11
The entry point for young athletes. Foundation builds the movement patterns, body awareness, and love of training that everything else is built on. We make it fun, safe, and confidence-building from day one.
- Fundamental movement patterns
- Body awareness & coordination
- Confidence & effort habits
- Introduction to strength training
Athletes may test up based on physical readiness and coach assessment.
Momentum
Middle School • Approx. Ages 11–14
Built for athletes entering their most critical developmental window. Momentum accelerates physical development, introduces sport-specific training principles, and builds the mental toughness to compete at the next level.
- Speed & agility development
- Progressive strength training
- Sport-specific movement
- Mental toughness & accountability
Athletes may test up based on physical readiness and coach assessment.
Performance
High School • Approx. Ages 14–18
For athletes with serious goals. Performance is where high school athletes train to compete — for varsity spots, college recruiting, and the next level of their sport. Intensity, structure, and results-driven programming.
- Maximal strength & power development
- Performance metrics & tracking
- Position & sport-specific programming
- College recruiting preparation
Athletes may test up based on physical readiness and coach assessment.
Every Athlete Begins With an Assessment
No athlete gets a generic program. We start with a conversation and a real look at where your athlete is — then build from there.
Athlete Assessment
We evaluate movement quality, strength baseline, and athletic background to place your athlete in the right tier and build the right starting point.
Goal Setting
We talk with both the athlete and the parent about what success looks like — sport-specific goals, physical targets, and the timeline to get there.
Custom Training Plan
A program built specifically for your athlete — their sport, their position, their development stage, and their schedule.
Train the Way That Works for You
Every athlete is different. Choose the training format that fits your athlete's goals, schedule, and learning style.
Group Training
Train alongside peers in the same tier. Builds camaraderie, healthy competition, and accountability — while keeping coaching quality high.
Semi-Private
Small group sessions with more direct coach attention. Ideal for athletes who want more individualized feedback without the full cost of private training.
Private Training
1-on-1 sessions with a dedicated coach. Maximum focus, fastest development, and programming built exclusively around one athlete's goals.

Tegan Taylor
One of our first members — Tegan started with us at the Jefferson Rec Department in Summer 2024 and became a Founding Member when we opened our doors. Since then she has logged 200+ sessions, making impressive leaps in strength, speed, agility, and fitness.
This past week she received a Certificate of Excellence for being the strongest girl and a great role model in her Weight Training class at school. Without even realizing it, she lives our core values daily — Serve, Lead, Grow.

What Parents Ask Us Most
No prior experience is required. Our Foundation and Momentum tiers are specifically designed to introduce young athletes to strength training safely. We meet every athlete at their starting point — our coaches are trained to develop beginners and experienced athletes alike.
Yes — when coached correctly. Our staff holds CSCS certifications through the NSCA, the gold standard for strength and conditioning. Youth strength training, when properly supervised and age-appropriate, has been shown to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and support healthy development. Safety is the foundation of everything we do.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Training frequency depends on the athlete's age, sport season, and goals — we build that plan together during the initial assessment. Most youth athletes train 2–3 times per week for optimal development and recovery.
Absolutely. We build programs around the athlete first, sport second. Multi-sport athletes benefit from our general athletic development model — speed, strength, agility, and mobility that transfers across every sport they play.
Reach out through our contact page and we'll schedule an initial athlete assessment. From there, we discuss goals with both the athlete and parent, determine the right tier and training format, and build a program tailored specifically to your athlete.
