Zach combines his advanced education and over nine years of experience to deliver science-based, results-driven training. Throughout his years, he has worked with adults of all ages and abilities, as well as athletes ranging from elementary school to collegiate & professional athletes.

Tyler grew up as a military kid... That upbringing shaped his resilience and drive. A lifelong advocate of personal health and wellness, Tyler’s fitness journey began with a passion for endurance training, having completed numerous 5Ks, half marathons, and marathons.

Ben is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist... He comes to Resolute with a decade of training experience including five years in a high intensity functional training setting and a coaching role at a private functional fitness facility in Monroe.

Gaven Dawley

Gaven Dawley

Gaven grew up in Commerce, GA. He has been involved in sports from a young age. He started with football, basketball, baseball, swimming, and track. He fell in love with training when he began 8th grade football, where he lifted weights for the first time. He continued to play football and various other sports in high school. He then went on to obtain his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia, all the while continuing his training. Throughout his journey, Gaven has involved himself with many health professionals to receive a holistic understanding of health that he applies to his own life. He began by shadowing a Chiropractor and a Physical Therapist his freshman year of high school. Since then, he has shadowed and worked under Athletic Trainers and various Physicians. Working under these professionals, he facilitated their administrative work, which he now applies this in our facility today.
